Bilehsavar border terminal is located in Ardabil province and 169 km away from Ardabil County. This terminal is placed in northwestern Iran and northeastern province.
Bilesavar border terminal has a common border with Azerbaijan which the nearest city is such Bilehsavar same as Bilehsavar city in Azerbaijan that placed 20 km off border.

Official work started since 1990. In 1996, optimizing structures and development operation started after forming border terminal management.
This terminal contains passenger part with about 1200 m2 area in two entrance and exit halls. Terminal trade hall is active in space of 480 m2 and green space is considerably extensive. New credits allocation leads to development and extension of this terminal.
